Since 2016 I've realized my passion for changing lives through fitness will never be fully realized working in a traditional box gym. I founded Sandbox Fitness as a way to reach more people on their own terms. Primarily working virtually, I'm able to be more adaptable to clients environments and goals to build healthy habits that truly fit into their lifestyle and schedule.

I am currently partnered with The Body Shop in Bothell, WA.
My Story
I have been the owner of Sandbox Fitness since it was founded in 2022. I started my career in the commercial gym industry in 2016, prior to starting my own business. I grew tired of seeing the commercial gyms take advantage of their clients through lack of service, knowledge, and accountability.

My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest, most realistic ways possible. This means meeting you where you're at in your fitness journey, accommodating your workout spaces, and overall improving your quality of life.
